Ms. SONIA JAVED
Executive Director of AWAM and an M.Phil. scholar in Sociology, is a feminist activist. She is a young leader at PGGA and advocates for gender equality, digital rights, and the protection of vulnerable groups, particularly women, trans-people, and minorities. She actively leads awareness campaigns on cyber harassment and gender-based violence.
Ms. Sonia Patras
Deputy Director of AWAM, is a human rights professional advocating for women, persons with disabilities, and religious minorities. With a Master's in Public Administration and a Research Scholar Degree in Pakistan Studies, she has led impactful campaigns against gender-based violence and forced conversions, trained with UNFPA on GBV case management, and serves as a Young Leader at PGGA.
Mr. Naseem Anthony
Director of Programs at AWAM, is a human rights advocate with 14+ years of experience in advocacy, networking, and policy research. An International Visitors Leadership Program alumnus, Ph.D. scholar, and Lecturer at GCU Faisalabad, he has led campaigns for marginalized communities, conducted HEC-funded research, and has been selected as a member of the Institutional Scholarship Award Committee to award HEC need-based scholarships.
Mr. Ahmad Ali
a Young Peace Ambassador and International Relations graduate from GC University Faisalabad, serves as Youth Coordinator & Research Associate at AWAM-Pakistan. With expertise in election monitoring, advocacy, and civic engagement, he promotes youth activism, human rights protection, and climate change awareness through research and community initiatives.
Laiba
Program Coordinator at AWAM, is a dedicated researcher, advocate, and social impact leader with a strong academic background in International Relations. With over two years of experience in research and advocacy, she has actively worked on human rights, minority rights, citizenship, and governance-related issues. She is a member of the Young Resilient Women Circle and the co-founder of the Youth Forum for Climate Change and Human Rights, where she contributes to policy discussions and grassroots initiatives.
Muhammad Adnan
MPhil Finance (Gold Medalist), serving as a Finance Officer at AWAM, managing daily expenses, budgets, project costing, and accounts & taxes. His academic expertise in finance directly supports AWAM's financial stewardship and project execution.
Shazia George

Her dedication earned her selection for the U.S. State Department's International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) on ‘Countering Gender Based Violence through Coalition Building’. She currently serves as *Advocacy Manager at AWAM (Association of Women for Awareness and Motivation).*
